Chunks of roasted marinated chicken in a spiced curry sauce. The sauce is usually creamy and orange-coloured.

Ingredients
- •500g Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- •1 cup Plain yogurt
- •2 tbsp Lemon juice
- •2 tsp Garam masala
- •1 tsp Turmeric
- •1 tsp Cumin
- •400g Tomato puree
- •1 cup Heavy cream
- •1 Onion, finely chopped
- •3 cloves Garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp Ginger, grated

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grill or pan-fry the chicken until cooked through and slightly charred. Set aside.

In a large pan, sauté the onion until soft. Add garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.

Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and heat through.
